After the Signals Notebook 26.7 update, the users can download individual chemical structures in CDXML or other chemical formats directly from the Reactants or Products tables. Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to perform this action.
Access to Signals Notebook.
Go to any existing experiment or create a new one.
Find a chemical drawing within the experiment or create one and populate it.
Look for the “Product table” or “Reactant table” section.
Click on the “Row options” section of the row for the material you want to download.
A menu will open; select the “Download as” option.
Select the format in which you would like to download this information.
Once you select the desired option, the download will start automatically.
Note: This is also available in content that is not editable such as Closed experiments.
