Signals Synergy: Enable Global Auto-numbering for Work Orders from Synergy Configuration

For Administrators only.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select [Work Orders]
2️⃣ Work Order Settings pane ➡ select Auto Numbering
3️⃣ Work Order Auto Numbering section ➡ select Enable global auto numbering for Work Orders
4️⃣ Work Order Auto Numbering section ➡ select [Save Settings]

Supporting Knowledge

If your tenant is new or has not been previously configured, the Global Auto-Numbering setting will be enabled by default, and you as a Sponsor Administrator will not need to execute the steps outlined

• Auto Numbering should remain enabled and enablement is default behavior.
• If Auto Numbering is disabled, the Work Order ID Sequence should include the Collaboration name (using the provided ID Sequence option) to help prevent duplicate Work Order IDs.
