Signals Synergy: Choose Whether to use Aliased External IDs or Material IDs from Synergy Configuration

Prior to this task:

✔ A Contract Research Organization must be created.

✔ A Collaboration must not be active yet.

Supporting Knowledge

Default behavior is External IDs.
Can only be set before the Collaboration is in SENT (e.g., NEW Status) and before any Work Orders are created.
All child Work Orders and Synergy Experiments, including Reference Tables, Internal References, and Sample Registration, are affected by this setting.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select [Collaborations]
2️⃣ Collaborations section ➡ select Collaboration to edit
3️⃣ Edit Collaboration ➡ select [Settings]
4️⃣ Settings ➡ select Aliased ExIDs or Material IDs
