Signals Synergy: Enable Global Auto-numbering for Work Tasks from Synergy Configuration

Supporting Knowledge

If your tenant is new or has not been previously configured, the Global Auto-Numbering setting will be enabled by default, and you as a Sponsor Administrator will not need to execute the steps outlined.
Auto Numbering should remain enabled and enablement is default behavior.
If Auto Numbering is disabled, the Work Task ID Sequence should include the Work Order name (using the provided ID Sequence option) to help prevent duplicate Work Task IDs.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select [Work Orders]
2️⃣ Work Order Settings pane ➡ select Work Tasks ➡ select Auto Numbering
3️⃣ Work Task Auto Numbering section ➡ select Enable global auto numbering for Work Tasks
4️⃣ Work Task Auto Numbering section ➡ select [Save Settings]
