Customer Service: My password or registration email does not arrive after registering to download ChemDraw using Site Subscription (Academic)

If you are registered or added as a user to the download center using your Site Subscription account, but the welcome email is not received; you MUST now set up your new login credentials using the Sign Up option on the Download Center Login Page here: https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com

1. Go to https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com
2. Click the Sign Up button

4. Fill out your name, organization, school email address and the password you want to use in the form:

Once signed up as New User with our new Download Center, you should be able to use these new credentials to login to the download center https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com and access your software:

Upon logging in, you are directed to the List Entitlements page. If needed, filter the “Start Date” to find the latest product version available to you.
Download your software (Windows or Mac version) and also take a copy of the Activation Code you will need to activate your ChemDraw version. 

If you need to reset your password using the Forgot Password option above and are not receiving the reset email, please check your spam/junk folder.  You may also need to check with your local IT to make sure emails from Revvity.com and flexnetoperations.com are whitelisted, so they can be delivered to you.
