Description:
CSV and Excel file data sources are working as expected, but SAS file data sources will not load. SAS files require a driver when loading SAS files into an analysis in Spotfire Web Player. You will receive the following error message in the Web Player Worker.Host.Debug log if you do not have the SAS driver installed:
Spotfire.Dxp.Data.Exceptions.ImportException: The required SAS OLE DB driver is not installed.

Install these drivers on all Spotfire Node Manager servers running the Web Player service.
Note: SAS Providers for OLE DB are not supported for use in the Spotfire Web Player service (the SAS driver is not thread-safe, which can cause general platform instabilities). See the following system requirements document for additional information:
