Release Announcement – Signals™ Inventa 3.2

We are delighted to announce the release of Signals™ Inventa 3.2.  Signals Inventa is the first guided search and analysis platform designed specifically for the complex data analysis scenarios typical in molecular and biomolecular research organizations, such as understanding structure-activity relationships and sequence-activity relationships.

Signals Inventa is built on top of the leading analytical platform TIBCO Spotfire and our unique, hyper-performant, future-proof data management platform, the Signals Data Factory.

Highlights of Signals Inventa 3.2 are:

• Spotfire 12.0 LTS Support
• Signals Notebook Material Synchronization
• Compound libraries can now be synchronized between Signals Notebook and Signals Inventa based on an admin-defined schedule. 
• Related Entities
• Create custom entities and define relationships with core entities
• Leverage relationships with these related entities to define query criteria in Global Search
• Download all or a subset of related entity tables into Spotfire

• Lead Discovery ChemCharts 4.0
• Introduces the Data Function visualization, allowing users to retrieve a set of preconfigured or custom data functions from a Git repository. 
• Visualizations previously requiring ChemCharts Web Services can now be run locally with Data Functions.
• New biology and chemistry visualizations including project-based BLAST, Matched Molecular Pair Analysis, Reaction Matched Pairs, and more.

• Out-of-the-Box (OotB) Example Data and Dashboards
• Quicker onboarding experience with example data and dashboards accompanied by an extensive how-to guide.

• Target Engagement Profile App Enhancements
• New OotB measurement types designed to work with the Target Engagement Profile app
• Error bars included in Time vs. Concentration and % Inhibition vs. Time graphs
• Configuration shortcuts to toggle axes and label settings

• Publish Measurement App Enhancements
• Improved UI/UX to Publication interface
• Removed requirement for mapping row ID

• Assay Results Review app Enhancements
• Added ability to select data tables for comparison

Signals Inventa is now offered as a fully hosted private cloud solution, so you get a turn-key solution to access Inventa secure in the knowledge that all the maintenance, backups, and upgrades are going to be automatically taken care of by our Cloud Ops team.
