Signals Notebook: The CRAIS Checker option is not available in the System Configuration page

The CRAIS Checker feature in Signals Notebook is available through direct request only. The customer should previously have licensed the CRAIS Checker application from Patcore. The license is not provided by Revvity Signals Software.

Solution: To enable the feature send an activation request to Support including: the tenant URL, order information, and feature name.
