Signals Notebook: "Access Denied. Your account is not authorized to use the application from this location" error when logging in

User is unable to access Signals Notebook, getting the following error:

"Access Denied. Your account is not authorized to use the application from this location."

Solution: Please check if your system administrator enabled an IP restriction in configuration at System Settings > Authentication.
