A customer's upgrade failed with the following errors displayed on-screen, when uploading DXP files.
Spotfire.Dxp.sdn: Upload failed.
Could not upload data to attachment manager. See logs for more information
Spotfire.Dxp.NodeManagerWindows.sdn Error.
Error message: The server encountered an error when processing the request Error code: 500 Error Type: internal_error
If you see errors of this kind, and the available HDD space on your Spotfire server is low, free up additional space to see if this resolves your upgrade issue.
