Signals Notebook: Macros in Office or Excel files are blocked

After opening a macro enabled Office file on the desktop version of Microsoft Office, you may receive the following message:

"Microsoft has blocked macros from running because the source of this file is untrusted."

To prevent this, add the following URL to your Internet Options Trusted Sites depending on your location:
