Ques 1: Mac Binding possible with tool Signals?
Ans: MAC binding is a methodology for providing a restricted list of front-end IP addresses. The response to question is no, we do not, and for very good reasons, as we use load balancers to manage our front-end operations and they have variable IP addresses, and our back-end services already have predictable IP addresses. The value of having a front-end IP range is unclear, if the need is to perceive security, then there are better ways of restricting this (whitelisting our URL or restricting their IP addresses in our application).
Ques 2: Can YubiKey used for Authentication?
Ans: YubiKey is a device like a USB key that you plug into a computer to provide two factor authentication (2FA).
If a client configures their own IdP to work with YubiKey for any other requirements around SSO, 2FA, password complexity, password longevity and so on in that case the direct answer is No.
The IdP we provide by default from within the application does not allow for customization of authentication rules and processes.
