"Grid Plate Editor" App does not accept decimal values

Details:

- One generates a New plate design i.e 1 plate with 384-wells.

- On this design use Manual Annotation to add a New Annotation:

• Data Type = Integer
• Annotation Class = Concentration

- Add values to include decimal values with a fractional part 4.5

On previewing the design (using the Preview button) the cases with decimal values (e.g. "4.5") are labelled as "(Empty)".

Moreover, when the design is applied one encounters the  same problem of data being labelled as "(Empty)" rather than the actual value.

1. It is important to use the correct Number type. 
   1. For Decimals, use Real type
   2. For whole numbers use Integer type.

It is also important to note that Signals VitroVivo only supports English regional settings. Hence the OS Region's number format may effect the type of decimal i.e , or .

      2. Choose English from dropdown then apply.
