Signals Notebook: While enabling ChemDraw Extended Clipboard, I am getting the message “This application requires one of the following versions of .NET Framework”

In Signals Notebook, the ChemDraw extensions only works with Window 10 and above. This error occurs when Signals Notebook is installed in unsupported versions.
