Signals Notebook: Audit log for view access

Currently the application is designed in a way where we can look into actions performed like (Changed Status, Created,Edited,Exported,Purged, and Deleted) across different items (refer the screenshot below). Unfortunately, the tool doesn’t have a feature to log information on who viewed a particular Experiment/Notebook

As of now any experiment created in system can be viewed in below three condition and the owner of the experiment can identify who all have access to view a particular experiment and hence this feature was not included in audit log to avoid multiple data entries in log.

  • If the experiment is shared with other users or group of users
  • Through security policy.
