Description:
When accessing 'Details on Selected Column' from the 'Data in Analysis' flyout the following error occurs:
'Column details and recommendation aren't available when '(All)' is selected.'
This seems to happen when tables are hidden in the data canvas.
Solution and Workarounds:
Workarounds:
1. replace the data table.
or
1. Make sure you have more than one data table in your dashboard.
2. Open the Data Canvas.
3. Untick then tick 'Show in user interface'.
4. Open the data flyout, select the data table, select a column again, and observe column details and recommendations.
Solution:
The overall solution to the issue is to upgrade to version Spotfire 12.2 or higher where the bug is addressed.
