Image Artist: Generating analysis results for individual timepoints

Interactive Analysis

When executing an analysis script interactively via the Image Analysis screen, only those images (fields, timepoints, and planes) that have been explicitly selected will be measured.

By default, only the currently displayed field of view will be analysed.

To include multiple timepoints in the analysis, right-click on the timepoint section of the Image Selection pane and choose a suitable option from the context menu. 

When the interactive analysis is executed, results will be generated for the selected timepoints and will be displayed via the Well Results table.

Batch Analysis

When executing an analysis script via the Batch Analysis screen, all images (fields, timepoints, and planes) are analysed by default - no manual selection is required.

To access the timepoint data generated by Batch Analysis, the result file must be downloaded using the Image Artist Loader. Timepoint results produced by Batch Analysis jobs are not available within the Image Artist user interface.
