Image Artist: How do I generate object/cell level results and where do I access them?

Image analysis scripts do not generate object/cell level results by default, they must be requested via the Define Results building block during the script creation.

- In the Define Results building block, click on Object Results and choose to save ALL for the population of interest

- Save the analysis script.

- Execute the Analysis (either via the Image Analysis view or a Batch Analysis job)

If executing the analysis script via the Image Analysis view the results output will be generated for the selected fields and made available via the Image Details table within the Image Artist user interface.

If executing the analysis script via Batch Analysis, all object properties which are calculated by the building blocks (e.g. Calculate Intensity Properties, Calculate Morphology Properties, etc.) during the analysis job are saved to the database.

In order to access the object data users must export the results file via the Image Artist Loader. Object results generated via Batch Analysis jobs are not made available via the Image Artist user interface.
