Signals Notebook: Add content dialog is not shown during full size view

Some customers might notice that while full size view is enabled for information items, some action menus might not be available and confuse this with a bug.

Users have the option of using full size view while working within the notebook by using the expansion arrow next to the information item name.

Prior to this the add content button is available in the experiment and will not be available while full size view is active.
