Sample mass/volume calculated based on Amount Ratio:

In some cases client might want to add other reagents based on a mass ratio or volume ratio relative to the limiting reagent, thus this column “Amount ratio” was added to system to fulfil this requirement.

It is single data entry column in the reactants table, whereby the chemist can enter a number and a ratio type (w/w, v/v, w/v or v/w) for a non-limiting reagent, and the system will calculate the Sample Mass or Volume based on that ratio.

(For example for every g of limiting reagent we want 2 g of another reagent. Or for every mL of reagent we want 3 mL of another reagent. In such scenarios it is easier if the system would do the math automatically when we define that mass ratio, or volume ratio, as 2.0 w/w or 3.0 v/v respectively.)
