Signals Notebook: Unable to find the option to edit Excel online and edit in Excel in an experiment

If User A created experiment and shared to User B with 'Read' access via Grant or Security policy , then User B won't be able to edit the Excel file attached in the experiment.
So User A must share the experiment with 'Write' or 'Full control' access to User B to edit the Excel via Grant or Security policy .
