Signal Notebook: Is it possible to restrict share access to experiments for user who is NOT a member of same system group

A user who is a member of the system group can actively share a experiment to a user who is NOT a member of the same system group. The shared to user will be able to read/write in the experiment depending on the user rights shared.

Share to seems can select all users of tenant unless the user is disabled. Currently there is no security policy or any other way we can prevent a user from sharing an experiment with a user who is NOT a member of the same system group , by default the experiment's author or a full control access user can select to share with anyone in the tenant.
