Once an experiment is re-opened, the "Accepted" data is cleared out from the API data. For example, experiment XXX-01 was signed by the creator and then accepted by the reviewer.
However, the API data shows the "Accepted" fields as blank, while the "Signed" fields remain accurate with the most recent signature information.
This is expected behavior since the experiment needs to be accepted again in order to close it.
