Share a Worksheet template with other users from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ Worksheet template must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [Worksheet Templates]
2️⃣ Worksheet Templates ➡ select worksheet template
3️⃣ Worksheet template ➡ select [Sharing]
4️⃣ Sharing ➡ select Users/Groups
5️⃣ Users/Groups tab ➡ select Filter by username/group name... ➡ type username/group name ➡ select [plus icon]
6️⃣ Users/Groups section ➡ select [permission]

Supporting Knowledge

If the Worksheet template is not shared, users will not be able to insert it in an experiment.

• Admins could share different Worksheet templates for each group, or Worksheet templates can be made available to all users.
• If a user role has the Managed System Templates privilege, admins can share with write access to allow editing of the template.
