Signals VitroVivo 23.5 and TIBCO Spotfire TERR Incompatibility

In the release of Signals VitroVivo 23.5 we have encountered an incompatibility between TIBCO Spotfire TERR and one of our external dependencies (an R library which was recently updated). This is not a regression and it only affects users that install the product from scratch, leading to an error in the PK parameters app when executed.

This issue will be addressed as soon as possible in an upcoming hotfix.
