Signals Notebook: How to recover a compound which is already trashed

Currently the Signals Notebook application does not offer the option to recover a ‘Deleted’ Material. Once a material has been deleted it is removed from the application. And trashed compounds are not added to the trashed items list and cannot be restored , which is mentioned in Materials Management > Compound section in admin guide.
