Supporting Knowledge:
If the Lock field after value has been entered checkbox was enabled when the system administrator configured the table that is embedded in the Worksheet, the table will be locked. If an update is required, the user can unlock the table for editing. To do so, from the Table (embedded in the Worksheet), select the [Unlock for editing] icon, then make the necessary changes and exit the table. From the Reason For Change window, under Reason, select a reason from predefined list, then optionally, under Additional Comment(s), enter a comment(s).
Note: After unlocking a table, the changes, reason, and comment(s) are recorded in the History only when the Submit Changes option is selected from the Reason For Change window.
