Issue: During the integration process of Signals notebook with Signals Inventa, certain materials fail to be published (as indicated in the screenshot below).
Also, these compounds are not included in the SDF publication.
Solution/Workaround:
- Currently, the solution for this issue is to perform a resynchronization of the library. If the error persists with the same batches, it is recommended to thoroughly investigate the content of those batches to identify any factors that could potentially disrupt the synchronization process.
- If there is no error indicated on the page but the numbers in SNB and Inventa/SDF do not match, follow these guidelines:
- If the numbers in SDF are greater than in SNB, search for deleted entities in SNB. It's important to note that SDF does not filter out deleted entities by default.
- If the previous step didn't resolve the issue, flush, and load the data in SDF once again. After doing so, recheck for matching numbers.
- If the numbers still do not match, perform a resynchronization of the library. This step can help ensure proper synchronization between SNB and Inventa/SDF. Then investigate the content of the batches that haven't synced properly, as mentioned in the provided instructions. Analyze these batches thoroughly to identify any factors that might be disrupting the synchronization process
