Signals Notebook: Error message when attempting to modify an experiment property through the API

Description: When attempting to update an experiment property using the endpoint PATCH/entities/{eid}/properties the following error message is seen:

"Failed to update entity experiment: xxxx Forbidden:{\"error\":403,\"description\":\"Attribute xxxx cannot be modified.\",\"causes\":[{\"description\":\"Attribute xxxx cannot be modified.\"}]}"

Solution: This is expected behavior, the property is a "Read Only" property and can not be modified once it has been saved.
