Signals Notebook: Can tasks be added to an existing experiment

As a requestor, you create a request, and you add tasks to the Task Container. The next step is to submit the tasks and once submitted, the tasks become available for the analyst selection.

As an analyst, you can either create an experiment or use an existing experiment and add the Tasks to do information item from the Add Content button. Once the Tasks to do information item is added, it allows you to select and add tasks to the Tasks to do table.
