In order to provide access to you users to the HELM Editor on ChemdrawJS in Signals Notebook, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Configuration >> HELM Monomer Libraries and activate the Monomer Libraries
2. Go to Configuration >> Group Associations and associate the user groups to the attribute HELM Monomer Libraries.
3. Go to Configuration >> Security Policy and paste the following policy
