Signals Notebook allows you to edit your profile information and lets you set the way you want to get notifications for specific activities that you select.
The user can edit their name in SNB. These details are included in the user guide at: Signals Notebook > Getting Started with Signals Notebook > Working with User Menu > Managing Your User Settings.
Some of the profile management options are shown below:
Select the User Settings option from your logged-in user menu. The following page displays:
Click the Profile tab to view/edit your profile's data:
First Name: Edit the first name. First name is a mandatory field.
Last Name: Edit the last name. Last name is a mandatory field.
Profile Image: Browse and add the profile image that you want. Note: the maximum file size limit is 3 MB, and the supported file extensions are: JPEG and PNG.
Email: your e-mail address is read-only.
Alias: defined by your system admin and not editable.
Autofill of most recently used value for field/property lists on Experiment, ADO, Notebook, and Request creation: If checked, it enables an autofill option that automatically populates the most recently used value for specific properties when you create Signals entities such as Experiment, ADO, Notebook, and Request. Please note that this feature can be enabled/ disabled only If Users can enable autofill of the most recently used value for field/property lists on Experiment, ADO, Notebook, and Request creation checkbox is checked in Signals Configuration by the system administrator users.
3. After completing your edits. Click Update.
