Signals Notebook: Update the definition of a Table in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Experiment must be created.

✔ Table template must be created.

✔ Table must be added to an experiment.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select  [Experiments]
2️⃣ Experiments ➡ select experiment with table template
3️⃣ Experiment Contents pane ➡ select [“table name”]
4️⃣ Table section ➡ select [Update]
5️⃣ Update definition window ➡ select  [Update]

Supporting Knowledge

Alternatively, from the Table section, the user can update the definition by selecting the [Table Settings] icon, then selecting the Update Definition option.

Notes:

• The author can update the table to the most recent definition. Note that any data entered into the Table will be lost when the definition is updated.
• Tables will show a warning if the table definition used is outdated; the user can then update to the most recent definition. Note that any data entered into the Table will be lost during the update.
