Enable supported file formats from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [System Settings]
2️⃣ System Settings pane ➡ select Uploads
3️⃣ Uploads section ➡ Uploadable Files ➡ select setting(s)
4️⃣Uploads section ➡ select [Save Settings]

"Uploadable Files" area:

• Signals will allow users to select all file types when uploading, but not all are compatible with Signals. The following file types are not functional in Signals: .app, .bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .js, .dmg, .sys, and .inf. Accepted formats for Biological sequences are: dna, .fa, .fasta, .faa, .gb, .gbk, .rna, .gp, .prot, and .sw.
• The White List Only option allows Admins to specify which formats are accepted. New formats may be added by selecting “Add file type to white list.”
