Signals Notebook: Sign and keep an Experiment opened in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Experiment must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select [Experiments]
2️⃣ Experiments ➡ select experiment
3️⃣ Experiment ➡ select [Signing]
4️⃣ Signing ➡ select [Sign and Keep Open]
5️⃣ Signing ➡ Sign and Keep Open ➡ select Type comment... ➡ type comment "Signing statement" checkbox
6️⃣ Signing ➡ select [Sign and Keep Open]
