Signals Notebook: Sign and add reviewers to an Experiment in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Experiment must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select [Experiments]
2️⃣ Experiments ➡ select experiment
3️⃣ Experiment ➡ select [Signing]
4️⃣ Signing ➡ select [Sign and Add Reviewers]
5️⃣ Signing ➡ Sign and Add Reviewers ➡ select Type a user’s name or group name… ➡ type username/group ➡ select reviewer Type comment… ➡ type comment “Signing statement” checkbox
6️⃣ Signing ➡ select [Sign and Invite Reviewers]

Supporting Knowledge

• The user must have read access to the experiment in order to review it. Viewing can be enabled via the security policy or via explicit sharing.
• If the user assigns a user group as reviewer, all group members are added as reviewers.
• After sending for review, the experiment state will change to In Review and cannot be edited. However, users are allowed to reopen their own In Review experiments.
