Deactivate a User from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.  

Prior to this task: 

✔ User must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select  [Users]
2️⃣ Users ➡ select user to deactivate
3️⃣ Edit User ➡ select [Deactivate]
4️⃣ Confirm deletion of user window ➡ select user to have Full Control of deleted user’s resources
5️⃣ Confirm deletion of user window ➡ select [Delete User & Share Content]

Supporting Knowledge

Alternatively, select the "Don‘t share Full Control" checkbox to avoid reassigning the deleted user’s resources, then select the [Delete User & Don't Share Content] button. When this option is used, the content can still be accessed by users with Full Control access through Sharing or the Security Policy.
