To reopen an experiment created by a different user, ‘Full Control’ privileges over the experiment are needed. If the creator left the company and no other user has the privileges to reopen the experiment , the Administrator user with ‘Full Control’ through security policy can re-open the experiment.
We can add the policy by following these steps
- Log into Signals Notebook as an Administrator user
- Go to System Configuration > Security Policy
- Click ‘Edit’ and add the following rule:
# Grants full control to Administrators group over all tenant objects
Rule "Full Control"
If
user group in "Administrators"
Then
grant "entity.full_control"
- Click ‘Save Changes’
