Yes, we can use Hierarchical attributes in worksheets.
 
Please find the detailed steps for adding Hierarchical attributes:
In System Configuration > Open ‘Worksheet Template’ where you want to add the hierarchical attribute.

• Add Parent List Field: Click on ‘Add Field’ Button and select Type as ‘Attribute List’ and select the Parent Attribute list as shown below:
  
• Add Child List Field: Click on ‘Add Field’ Button and select Type as ‘Attribute List’ and select the Child Attribute list. In the Specify Parent List, select 'ParentList' field created in the previous step. 

• Click Save
• The child list will be populated based on parent list in the worksheets created from the template as shown:
