Signals Notebook: Where is the option to delete experiment pages?

The first page of an experiment can not be deleted, additional pages can only be deleted if they are empty.

Solution: Delete or move all the elements from the page. The button 'Delete Empty Page' will be displayed in the center of the blank page.
