When an administrator creates a new experiment template they need to share it with a group to make it available for selection when creating a new experiment. There are two reasons a user might not be able to see the template:
1. The template was not shared with the group the user belongs to.
2. The user has not refreshed their web browser since the template was shared with them.
Solution:
1. Confirm with the tenant administrator the template was shared with the System Group the user belongs to.
2. Log off Signals Notebook and clear the web browser cache.
