Signals Notebook: I can access Signals, but I do not have access to the notebook

A new user was created and can successfully access the Signals. However, the user cannot find the Signals Notebook launch button.

Solution: The user, if properly created, requires a Signals Notebook license to be assigned. To assign a Signals Notebook license to a user, the following steps must be followed.

1. A system administrator must go to configuration. 
2. Click on the "Users" smart folder. 
3. Check the "Notebook" checkbox for the user you want to give access to Signals Notebook.
