Issue: While attempting to add user an error "Creating user was unsuccessful" is encountered within the application (refer screenshot)
Solution:
This problem may arise if the user you are attempting to add is already present in the system. To verify this, please log in as an administrator. Navigate to the "Users" section and check the top right corner.
A) If you see a toggle switch that has option for "Deleted" users:
Choose the "Deleted" users" tab. Check if the user is listed among the deleted users. If found, proceed to the "Action" tab and reactivate the user and ask them to login and check.
B) If you see a toggle switch that has option for "Inactive" users:
Choose the "Inactive" users tab. Check if the user is listed among the inactive users. If found, click on the user you want to activate then you will see "Edit User" page. Find a "Reactivate User" button at the bottom and click it to proceed to reactivate the user.
