List of packages missing under TERR Tools after upgrading to TIBCO Spotfire 10.10

Summary:
After upgrading to Spotfire 10.10, the list of packages under TERR Tools > Package Management may be empty.

Details:
After upgrading to TIBCO Spotfire 10.10, you may notices that under Tools > TERR Tools > Package Management that any R packages that were downloaded earlier are no longer listed.

Resolution:
TIBCO Spotfire 10.10 includes an upgrade to TERR 5.1, which changed where packages are stored.  Previously installed packages were stored here:

• C:\Users\<username>\Documents\TERR\x86_64-pc-windows-library\5.0

With Spotfire 10.10 and TERR 5.1, the packages are now stored here:

• C:\Users\<username>\Documents\TERR\x86_64-w64-mingw32-library\5.1

To resolve the missing packages, simply copy the package folders from the old location to the new location and relaunch the client.
