Unfortunately, per the current design of the application, the inherent task properties/fields within the system cannot be globally hidden.
However, users can individually hide these fields from their system by navigating to the task option in the user interface, double-clicking the desired column, and selecting the "Hide Column" option (refer to the provided screenshot for visual guidance).
