ChemDraw: I can see ChemDraw installed on my computer, but other users can't

If you are using ChemDraw version 22.2 or older, please make sure to select the option for "All users in this computer" during installation.

For version 23.x you will find two different installers for ChemDraw:

1. A ChemDraw installer with the name of your license (i.e. ChemDraw_23.0.1.exe)

2. A ChemDraw Suite installer (i.e. ChemDraw_Suite_23.0.1.exe)

The ChemDraw installer will only install ChemDraw (and no other applications) for the current Windows user. 

In order to have the software available to multiple users on the same machine you must use the ChemDraw Suite installer (which contains Chem3D, ChemFinder and all the other applications included with the suite) from the Download Portal (https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com/) and install it from an administrator account.

Note:  Remember that you need one license for each user working on the same computer.

Once extracted, you will find the following MSI installers:

Revvity_ChemDraw_Suite_23.0.1.msi - All Users installer for Windows 32-bit

Revvity_ChemDraw_Suite_23.0.1_NA.msi - Current User only installer for Windows 32-bit

Revvity_ChemDraw_Suite_23.0.1_x64.msi - All Users installer for Windows 64-bit

Revvity_ChemDraw_Suite_23.0.1_x64_NA.msi - Current User only installer for Windows 64-bit

For ChemDraw 25, there are also two installers (ChemDraw and ChemDraw Applications).  Both installers have the ability to install for the one user logged into the computer ("current user") and for any user who logs into the computer ("all user"), but the "All User" option is only available if the person installing is logged into the computer as an Admin.  Both installers can be run from an Admin and a non-Admin account, but non-Admins can only install for the "Current User" logged in.
