I get an error that the Support web site is down or broken

Older versions of our product may direct you to a PerkinElmer branded Support web site.  We were unable to secure the right to continue to maintain the domain for the purposes of a re-direct.  As noted in this Support News post, our Support site now uses the Revvity Signals brand.  Current versions of our software should direct you to the Revvity Signals Support site.
