1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [HELM Monomer Libraries]
2️⃣ HELM Monomer Libraries pane ➡ select Manage All HELM Monomer Libraries
3️⃣ Manage All HELM Monomer Libraries section ➡ select [Activate Action]

Note: The name and properties of the predefined HELM Monomer Libraries cannot be edited.
