Signals Notebook: How to search data in a specific column in the 'Tasks' smart folder

The 'Tasks' filter is a search input text field that will search for the typed word in all the task’s properties, it does not allow you to add columns as filters. Some columns allow filtering, it can be accessed by clicking the column header and specifying the value to the filter.

Solution: Use the individual column filter:
  1. Click on the column’s header
  2. If the column allows filtering a text box will be displayed
  3. Start typing the values you wish to filter by and select it from the dropdown menu when it appears
  4. The filter will be added to the smart folder below the 'Filter' input box
