Prior to this task:

✔ Custom HELM Monomer library must be created and activated.

*Required.

Supporting Knowledge

The monomer file to be imported should be in a specific .json format. To view a sample .json file, from Bulk Import, select the [Download Example] button.

1️⃣ HELM Monomer Curation ➡ select [Add New] ➡ select Bulk Import...
2️⃣ Bulk Import ➡ select Library* File to Import*
3️⃣ Open window ➡ browse and select .json file
4️⃣ Open window ➡ select [Open]
5️⃣ Bulk Import ➡ Duplicate Resolution For monomers with the same symbol, polymer type, and monomer type ➡ select option For monomers that are an exact structural match for another monomer in the library, but have a different symbol, polymer type, and monomer type ➡ select option
6️⃣ Bulk Import ➡ select [Import]
7️⃣ Import Monomers? window ➡ select [Import]
